To Do This….

Go to Start à Run

Type gpedit.msc and press Enter

Type gpedit.msc on Run

Group Policy Panel Will Be Appear.

Under Local Computer Policy,

Click/Expand

–> Computer Configuration

–> Administrative Templates

–> Network

–> QOS Packet Scheduler

QOS Packet Scheduler on Group Policy

–> Limit Reservable Bandwidth.

Double Click on Limit Reservable bandwidth

–>–>Double Click on Limit Reservable bandwidth, 

Limit reservable bandwidth Properties Will Be Appear.

–>Select Enabled Radio Box and Set The Bandwidth (1/2/3….etc)That You Want.

(Please select Explain (adjacent Setting)Tab Before Enable)
